Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Dewey Vacation Rentals enforces a strict cancellation policy. If TENANT wishes to cancel his/her reservation, OWNER"S AGENT will make the following refunds as follows:

a. 100% of rental fee deposit if cancelled in writing 60 days prior to the Check-in date.

b. Up to 70% of the rental fee only if the OWNER'S AGENT is able to re-rent the premises during the rental term when cancellation is received in writing during the 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

Deposit Policy
Rental Deposit Policy: Half of the rental amount is due for a property to be reserved with the full rental balance due no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date. The rental deposit is non-refundable.
Refundable Security Deposit Policy: A Refundable Security Deposit is due at check-in. This Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded to Tenants in full, with-in 30 days of the conclusion of the rental, so long as a normal cleaning is able to return the rental unit back to the pre-rented state. Owner's Agent reserves the right to bill Tenants for any repair costs that exceed the total of the Refundable Security Deposit, to be paid with-in 30 days of billing.
